In order to get fast, you need to train fast. Overspeed training works by making the body move faster during a known movement pattern to reset the normal reaction speed of the body. Each set contains three SuperSpeed clubs. One approximately 20% lighter, one 10% lighter, and one 5% heavier than your driver. Increase your swing speed by 5% in 6 weeks.
